Scout Membership Ending

A scout (BSA Member # 133885098, User ID 1442040) keeps dropping from our Troop roster, usually with the optional notes:
DateEnded by SP ExpireInvalidYouthUPsCreatedinSB after 90 Day Lapse

I keep clearing out the Date Ended field and adding them back to their patrol, but it’s happening everyday now.

Can somebody take a look at what might be causing this to happen?

The Scout has the Functional Role of Unit Advancement Chair in my.scouting.org - can a key 3 go there and remove the role?

Ah, they probably meant to give me that role and not the scout. I will see if I can get a key 3 to make the change.

@DonovanMcNeil a key 3 just went in and they don’t see any roles under the scouts account and I’m the only one listed under Functional Roles → Unit Advancement Chair (1/1). They sent me a couple of screen captures if that helps, but I haven’t added them here as they obviously show the scouts information.
