141668036 is missing from Scoutbook Plus Roster. I tried using VST to resync to Scoutbook but get an error message their scoutbook profile was not found or deleted.
@JordanSandoe that scout is also registered in Daniel Webster - are they active in both Councils at the same time?
That could be a possibility. Their primary city is outside of our council territory. Let me verify with the unit leader.

@JordanSandoe this is fixed - as the scout is active in 2 councils - we made 2 sb users - remember that the advancements will not mach on the 2 accounts - if advancement is tracked in each unit they need to communicate
