I have two issues related to Scouts not showing in Scoutbook and/or Scoutbook+, both Scouts are part of two councils, and started when they rechartered.
Issue 1: I have a scout that is showing in Scoutbook Plus but is not showing in Scoutbook. How do we get her to show is both?
Issue 2: This scout, we could see her two profiles in both Scoutbook and Scoutbook+, and we could toggle between the two units. When she rechartered, this disappeared and she now has a blank profile only reflecting her membership with the one unit.
I have asked the council to open a ticket on Issue #2, but they have gone nowhere in weeks. We need her profile back so we can award her COH items and continue to update advancement.
Who can I send screenshots and PII info to get these accounts corrected?
@SarahBlaesing first - you should just forget about Legacy Scoutbook and not look at at other than Payment log. It will just confuse you.
If a scout is not showing in SB+ - what is the Scouts Member # (no names)
If folks shouldn’t be using SB, then there needs to be a communication or a banner added to inform all the volunteers of this and direct people to SB+.

Issue #1 - is that scout going to remain registered in both councils?
Yes both scouts need to be in both councils.
OK that will mean they have 2 SB Users that are not connected for advancement - we will dupe the advancement now - but moving forward it is best for the scout to work advancement with just one unit they plan to eagle in.
Both girls had two profiles before with a toggle, and the ATL council unit was responsible for advancement.
Well it was just one user that had SCOUTBOOK Memberships in each unit with one being fake for the member # - with SB+ it is much more reliant on the Member # and only one Member # can be attached to each Scoutbook User - so there can be no fake memberships.
Ok so can this be fixed so that these 2 scouts can use the tools and see their advancement and be part of both councils with ATL being the primary.
@SarahBlaesing yes - but Primary does not come into play - and their registrations do not look right to be multiple registered as the expiration dates for both scouts are different between the 2 councils
No idea why the dates are different, I know they joined ATL council 2nd and were registered as a multiple and we have had tons of issues in SB with these two ever since they joined. They want the unit in ATL to be used for advancement, which it currently was until these issues popped up again.
Any idea on how we can proceed with getting this fixed and an ETA? We have a COH next week, and can’t see their info, and the council opening a ticket hasn’t helped in weeks.

Both girls are showing up in SB and SB+, but neither profile shows their rank, advancement, etc. Basically, they are just empty/blank profiles. Since we T2019 is responsible for their rank and advancement, I need to see all their info like before.
ok let me check again with DEVs - there is a backdoor trick we can use now that there are 2 users if we have to

The advancement was uploaded but none of their Merit badges are in the system. Is there any way those can be added back, please?
