Scout moved from Bear to Wolf, now cannot update adventures

Would like to ask help with the following issue. A cub scout was erroneously assigned to a Bear den at the beginning of the year, his parent marked off and completed several Bear adventures in Scoutbook. I recently re-assigned the scout correctly to the Wolf den, but now am receiving an error message when trying to approve the Wolf adventures. It’s not possible to “undo” the Bear adventures that were already approved. Thanks in advance!

Error message: Rank not found for the user - userid: xxxxx

@ReynhardtKlopper- you certainly should be able to un-do the bear adventures but the scout would need to be moved into a bear den.

Move the scout back to the Bear den. Remove the Bear adventures that were completed incorrectly. Move the scout back to the Wolf den.

Thanks for the feedback! The scout was moved back to Bear den, I was able to “undo” the completed Bear adventures, and then moved the scout back to the Wolf den. But now when I try to update the Wolf adventures it’s giving me the attached error. Any ideas? Thanks!

@ReynhardtKlopper without the member # (no names) it is just guesses - I would move them to a different den and back to Wolf.

Thanks, I moved the scout to another den and then back into Wolf but the error remains. The scout’s member ID is 141918102… anything else I can try?

@ReynhardtKlopper NOTE: you do not need to be Key3 Delegate - you are already a Key3

Thanks. I think I was automatically assigned as the Key3 delegate (I’m already the cubmaster). Would it be better if I remove myself as a Key3 delegate?

I tried to update the Wolf adventures again but it still gives the error message. Should I give it a day or two and try again?

Yes, it would be better if you removed K3D from your roles.

I’ll let the developers know you are still getting the 500 error.
