Scoutbook Plus Error for a specific Scout and a specific Adventure

Trying to update the Wolf Adventure Paws on the Path (2024) for a specific scout (Let’s call them Scout A) and getting errors.

I’ve been able to update this adventure for every other scout in my Den. After running into this error, I’ve been able to update multiple other Wolf Adventures for Scout A.

The errors:

  • When updating individual requirements: Failed with status code 409
  • When trying to update the entire adventure: There are user adventure requirements for given userId and versionId. userId: XXXXXXXX - versionId: 317

Any idea what the problem might be? Any idea why it’s isolated to a specific adventure for a specific scout?

Member ID: 141422066; didn’t realize that the userID and Member ID were different until just now.

I am having the same error when trying to enter Tiger Tag adventure for 1 Scout. All other scouts in the Den were updated successfully and the Scout with this issue we were able to update other adventures without error.

Please share the solution if you find one. Appreciate any help.

@JanaRoberts Please post the Scout’s member ID number and someone can take a look.

I am also receiving the same error message. This time for Lion Let’s Camp under member ID 141807396.
