Sorry to bug you here but my council office is swamped and I have been trying to get a Scout fixed for over a month. He use to auto-sync and something broke and it has stopped. They did say it might be because there is missing parent info on the back end, I provided the info again, and still no word after several nudges. Can I email one of you guys here to look at it on your end?
@RebeccaBenjamin1 go to Scout > click Membership > click current membership in your unit > unapprove and save> then go back and approve membership - did that solve it?
