My son no longer appears connected with his troop. Under memberships an end date was set as 1/31/2025 along with a message of “DateEnded set by AkelaSBDeltaSync as Expired with Lapse”. I believe that two other troop members had a similar experience. BSA member ID is 134712418. Troop 125.

In speaking with the scoutmaster, it seems like there may be a synchronization issue between my.scouting and Scoutbook. In a previous attempt to correct the issue, the scoutmaster manually changed the membership expiration date, which resulted in a scout appearing back on the Scoutbook roster until the system synced overnight. The scout was gone again the next morning. Another attempted fix included trying to transfer the scout into the troop, but that resulted in a message indicating that the scout is already registered to our unit. Thanks for the assistance.

That was an attempted manual change to update items for a meeting last night. That scout was pushed back out with today’s sync. It appears that the fix worked for the two other scouts.
