On Sunday, 13 June, I had no issues. I noticed yesterday, 16 June, in the afternoon (hours before the planned update, that my troop lost most of its Scouts in Scoutbook. They have not just moved to another troop. Two of the missing scouts are my sons, which have appeared to have lost all associated record information, but are still linked to me under My Family in My Dashboard.

You are connected to 3 Scouts as a parent. All 3 had their memberships ended on 6/15/21 with the comment “DateEnded by SP ExpireInvalidYouthUPsCreatedinSB after 60 Day Lapse”. I do not know what this message means but looking at their records, I do not believe they should have been removed.
I looked at a couple other Scouts in your unit and they all had the same comment.
I’ll need to ask the developers to look into what happened. In the mean time, if you are still connected to the Scouts, you should be able to edit their membership to remove the end date. After clicking Update, you will need to go back to the membership and approve it.
FYI - I Don’t know where I update the end date. That information is not available in ScoutBook.
For your sons, click on their name then their Membership link. Click on the membership then remove the end date.
For other Scouts, go to My Dashboard → Administration → My Account → My Connections. Click on the Scout then the Scout’s membership.
Did that,did not work… New Scoutbook Message in Scout Profile… "Joseph has not been matched with a Scout in your Units official roster. Please check with your council.
On the phone with Jane at GSLAC. She says Scouts are registered through 12/31/2021.
have Admin make sure the membership is Approved in SB - if it is approved, unapprove it > Save > then reapprove it
It appears that the scouts that are messed up are the ones that were put into and out of a patrol on 14 April. This timing is consistent with the message of 60 days other inactivated from the troop. Is this related to what happened? Is there a programmatic issue or design flaw with the inactivated logic?

@JamesCupples do you recall how the Scouts were added to a patrol?
One of the leaders put them into a patrol through the website and then removed them. I am not sure how she did it exactly.
He is another interesting thing. This morning I moved Bobby (BSA # 133725738) and another scout to the troop as of 10 March. Their transfer paperwork must still be in work, but that is when they crossed over. Bobby now has zero active memberships and the same message, “DateEnded by SP ExpireInvalidYouthUPsCreatedinSB after 60 Day Lapse”

Bobby is currently registered in pack. You will need to contact your Council to find out the status of his transfer application.
