I have a scout who’s parents accidentally registered him twice. The council submitted ticket to national to resolve the double registration. However, once I had the council initiate the resolution, he disappeared from scoutbook. I tried transferring him back into the unit but it shows him already inside the unit. How do I Get the scout back into scoutbook? His BSA ID# is 141089674
