Scout missing from Scoutbook but on my.scouting roster

I have a scout (ID # 14245997) who has disappeared from our Scoutbook roster but is still on our my.scouting roster. How do we correct so the scout appears in Scoutbook?

I have requested a position sync to put the Scout back on the troop’s roster.

This scout is a little messy as they are registered in 2 councils at once and therefore have 2 MIDs - that does not work in Scoutbook.

Did the Scout transfer from the other council to your council?

Or is the Scout dual enrolled in 2 councils?

The scout recently transferred from the other council to our council. The scout is only enrolled in our council
