Transferred in Scout not showing up in Scoutbook

Hello, we have a scout who was transferred in and shows up in my.scouting roster, but does not show up in scoutbook.

@FrancesPong scout is in No Den - looks like a cache issue - try incognito window - if that works try a hard refresh (Shift + Reload page) or clear your cache for Scouting.org

Hi @DonovanMcNeil I tried with incognito window & hard refresh and I still don’t see them.

They were transferring from Pack 152 Rotary Club of Oakley to Pack 152 American Legion Post 837 since they signed up with wrong pack (same number).

@FrancesPong scout is there - try clearing cache for Scouting.org - close all Scouting.org active windows first though

no scout is registered in Rotary Unit - your unit is inactive registration - this is a talk to council issue
