Scout not showing up in scoutbook

We have a scout who has been registered for years and is on our charter in my.scouting.org. I have verified this myself as Cubmaster and have also had my District Executive check as well. Several weeks ago, however, he disappeared from scoutbook. I have filed a ticket (SSD-77841) but no one seems to be checking. Is there someone here who can help?

have you gone to Dashboard > My Account > my connections and looked for the scout there?
