Scout on Roster but not in Scoutbook

I’ve seen this post before but without an answer.

I have a scout that is on our official my.scouting.org roster but not in Scoutbook. I have the BSA ID and all information. If I try to transfer the scout in, I get a message saying the scout is on our roster.

I have also tried to update my connections, but that didn’t work.

Please help! Thank you!
