I am trying to help another unit in my district with a Scoutbook issue. This unit has two scouts, BSA IDs 14070692 and 13124209. Both of these scouts show up correctly, will correct expiration dates in the my.scouting.org roster; however, they are not in the roster on Scoutbook.
Can anyone think of why this would happen?
