Scout Rank requirements out of order in reports

In Report Builder, reports that include Scout Rank requirements have recently started showing the requirements out of order, just for that rank. This happens for both existing saved reports and also new reports. I’m only noticing this problem for Scout Rank. Are others seeing this? Screenshots below.
