Scout shows “has not been matched”

Thank you all for all the help in the last. I have a scout who’s Member # has recently disappeared. The message on Scoutbook shows * “Scout Name” has not been matched with a Scout in your Units official roster. Please check with your council. I discovered it when I tried to add him to a Service Activity in my.Scouting.org. His member number is 136238085. Of note is that he recently activated his own Scoutbook account. I know that the number was there in the past because I had to provide it for another issue. I can no longer find a way to edit the landing screen for him. Please advise?
