I have a Scout who shows up in Scoutbook under the Tiger Den. When I pull up Scoutbook Plus, he’s no longer under my pack. He is dual enrolled though the (military) family does not think he will return back to that council but are unsure. How can I fix it so he’s under my pack in SB plus?
Well SB memberships are somewhat fake - SB+ ones are real - What is the BSA # and we can look (no names)

Well that is not his BSA# for you - that is 141328696 - he was renewed in old unit - I will clean it up

The father says they renewed while in Germany. They are still TAC. We are a TAC unit so I need the pack 802 TAC to be primary. Dad is ok if they need to drop the California pack because they don’t know where they will go next. I think they multiplied instead of transferred by accident. Pack 803 is primary. They are definitely a TAC family.

@_cranium First look the scout seems fine - probably would need a screenshare to see what you are seeing
