We have a scout that transfered in. I was able to assign him to the correct den (wolf). However when I go to put in advancement the wolf adavancments are not there. He did not complete tiger rank with old pack. How do I get it so we can put in wolf advancement? Thank you!
Go to the Scout’s Membership page.
Can you post a screenshot of what you see under Current Membership?

Yes, go into the Tiger member one, and add an end date.
