Scout Troop roster will not load- spinning wheel. Unable to record advancements

I am unable to open the troop roster and record advancements in SB+.When I click on roster it is grayed out with no list and a spinning wheel. Adancements don’t allow selection to proceed.

@RichardHowarth1 - what is the url showing when you select the scoutmaster role in the upper right ?
is it showing this:
.advancements.scouting.org/meritBadgeCounselors/dashboard

It does not list scoutmaster- it is either pack, council or troop

it does that if I click on MBC Dashboard on the lower left

If you click on the troop you get the spinning ? And the troop one lists you as scoutmaster ?

Yes, I am listed there as Scout master and if I click on that then go to the top left of the page and click roster, I get the spinning, and If I click on advancements to the right of roster , I can’t do anything on that page

@RichardHowarth1 and when you click the Scoutmaster at top right - click roster - what is the URL it sends you too

@RichardHowarth1 this seems more cache for you. First try an Incognito window or clear your cache.

I have done both with no solution
