The import from TroopWebHost to ScoutBook for one of my scouts failed with “Scout user cannot be found”. It lists the scout’s name as Benjamin with the correct BSA #. In TroopWebHost, he’s Ben but the BSA# matches. Did the import fail because of his first name? If so,do I just have to change his name in TroopWebHost?
Yes, the full name, DOB, and BSA ID number need to match.
