Hello! A cub scout, #142241864, is visible in Scoutbook+ to the committee chair (me), but not to his den leader or to the cub master. The scout is on the my.scouting roster as a youth member, and is assigned to a den (Lions), but he’s the only one in that den – so it could be that the entire den is somehow invisible.
Please post the Scouting America Member ID (no names)of the Cubmaster and Den Leader so we can investigate.
After I told the den leader to actually press the “reset filters” button (yes really, I pinky promise he needs to), he is able to see the den and scout. I expect it’ll be the same for the cubmaster, but just in case, he’s #14466617.
