Scout where both parents have multiple accounts - merge request

I have a scout where both mom and dad have 2 accounts, can they be merged?

Mom: 14654919 & 13105191

Dad: 132328676 & (actually there is BSA ID listed for this second account it is Mike with the same last name as 132328676 )
