I have a scout that is connected to his parent, been invited to join and has an email address associated with his account however he does not show up in our Troop “send message” screen. I am connected to him with full control as well so I should be able to send him messages. His BSA is 134822950
That Scout has never logged in @DavidDeMarcay - we think it is an email verification process - Scout needs to log in once to show for messages
