Scout not showing on send messages

A scout (ID 141592375) just transferred to us from out of state and his account appears to be set up with the correct connection to his mom. His Scoutbook Plus account shows correct emails for him and mom. He is not showing up on our “Send Emails” page and his mom’s account does not offer the “Invite XXXX to connect to his account”. He has been unable to log in to his own accounf, but they can see his information is correct going through mom’s account.

Thank you-he just completed those steps, will watch for his account to show up in Legacy Scoutbook.

It should not show up - that is made so the Scout can log in

The Scout needs to use the username to login at scoutbook.scouting.org

Do note - getting scouts to work on the messages system is currently hit or miss - it is being looked at
