Can someone check permissions behind the scenes? I have a scout: ID #13457658 who shows with access to both send messages and ability to do calendar both at troop and patrol in the permissions manager, but when he tried to send a message he created he got: Your position and related permissions do not allow you to perform this action. He was granted the permissions several days before he tried to send and I doubled checked after and the permissions say he should be able to do this.
