Yesterday, I went into Scoutbook to add some requirements. A pop-up came up asking if I would like an invitation to join Troop 412. I said “no”. Why would I need an invitation when I am the scoutmaster and already part of the group. Now, it looks like I am no longer part of the group. I am members of my other groups. Just not Troop 412. I have been deleted from Scoutbook and Scoutbook Plus. How do I get placed back into Troop 412? My BSA ID is 113242581
@JudiPlatt it looks fine in your account - can you post an image of the pop-up?
@JudiPlatt - and do avoid legacy scoutbook
My assistant Scout master got this in her email this morning:

Scoutbook
We thought you would like to know Judi Platt ignored the invitation to join Troop 412 G on Scoutbook. Their pending profile has been removed from your roster.
Keep Trying…
There are many reasons why a user ignores a request to join a unit.
Sometimes the users do not recognize you and think the email is spam or junk mail. Try adding a profile photo and a personal message and try again. If the user ignores your invitation again you may try to contact them via email, phone or in person about it.
This email was sent to all Admins in Troop 412 G. If you wish to no longer receive these notifications please contact us. Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Statement.
Ah, I can see the Troop on Scoutbook Plus, but not under Scoutbook. However, My name isn’t under Troop 412 in Scoutbook Plus.
Does my Admin need to send me an invite? If so how does she do it?
@JudiPlatt - only use scoutbook plus…
@JudiPlatt no we are not sure what happened - we will Sync positions for you - it will take 24 hours
Thank you. I appreciate it.
