Scoutbook bounce back to dashboard when try to start new MB

Hello,

I’m scoutmaster for new troop formed in February. I have some girls crossover with me from Pack and some new girls joined after we formed troop. When i try start new MB for girls who crossover with me it bounce me back to dashboard. There is no problem with scoutbook for girls who joined us straight to troop.

Go to Scouts membership page and make sure all Pack memberships have ended

Check their membership, if they still have a current membership in a pack, put an end date on it.
