Hello, I have 3 kids in scouting and all of them show up in Scoutbook under my connections. However, in my.scouting.org under My Applications, only two of them are showing up. The membership chair is not sure where the disconnect is. Any idea how to resolve this.
Councils can solve this - it is independent of Scoutbook @PalSunkara
Donovan is correct. I had the same issue with 2 out of 3 of my kids in Scouting. I contacted the person at my council who handles registrations, provided her with the BSA ID#s of the two boys who did not show up as connected to me, and she fixed it with no issue.
It was an easy fix and I now have all 3 of my sons listed as connected to me at my.scouting.
