I no longer see my son's information under my account

Hi,
When I log into Scoutbook, I no longer see my son connected to my account. I cannot see the list of pack events, RSVP for meetings or input progress he is making on badge requirements. He does not seem to be connected to me anymore in scoutbook. I saw others have had this same problem. Can you help me fix this? Thanks!

You have multiple Scoutbook accounts, BSA Member IDs and my.scouting.org accounts. It will take a little time to figure out what is going on and get it fixed.
