Scoutbook content accessibility disappeared

Hi All,

I was sending a message out to our entire pack via legacy scoutbook yesterday when I was suddenly and abruptly logged out. When I logged back in, my access and all related content to my pack (rosters, messaging etc were all gone) This includes calendars etc on internet advancement as well. I checked my.scounting and nothing has been changed re: ID’s etc. Has anyone encountered anything like this or know how to fix/resolve?

@LucasKimball - what are you seeing when you log in to scoutbook ? Does it look like this?

When I go to my dashboard, I only see this:

@LucasKimball looks like 2 years ago you registered as Camp staff in a different Council and that messed things up - I think it should all be fixed now

OK I locked the account so it should not flip councils
