It seems that I have lost access to my troop and pack in scoutbook. Recently we found that I had two accounts and I did the merge process and all seemed to work fine. I just logged in tonight to update one of my scouts and noticed I can’t see anything.
My Member ID is 132168129.
I am not sure if this is the right place to report this but it seems that the email scoutbook.support@scouting.org is no longer monitored.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
