I have a parent that can’t register as a leader because his DOB isn’t showing in SB. How can we go about getting this updated.
@KellaSwift- your council registrar should be able to add the date of birth
In addition, I would recommend making sure that the adult’s full legal name is entered when talking to the registrar. Issues can come up with the system when the name in the account doesn’t match the legal name on the background check. The scouter can add a nickname in the Preferred Name field after they’re registered of desired.
