Scoutbook Eagle Palms/Advancement History for Aged Out Scout

What report can I run to confirm whether a scout has earned Eagle Palms?

Unusual situation - Scout earned Eagle Scout in May. Immediately turned 18. He is now an adult in our troop, but all his history is gone. So, I can’t run the Individual Advancement History Report for him.

His Eagle COH is approaching, and I usually award the palms to purchase at the shop with all the other COH supplies, but I can’t even see what his MB’s were.

Related - for Scouts that haven’t aged out - is there a better report to clearly see Palms? The Individual Advancement History Report just shows a giant list - the old Scoutbook report had them grouped by 5 and identified, so it was clear to see which Palms were earned. Is there an easier way to clearly see each group of 5 MB’s earned by a Scout?

Thanks!
Megan

An admin can run a Scouts BSA History Report for any Scout by going to the Reports link on the My Dashboard page in Legacy Scoutbook. You will need the Scout’s last name and Scouting America Member ID.

I just count the total MBs, 26 for 1 palm, 31 for 2, 36 for 3, etc.

That worked - Thank you! (Although the report shows Palm 1, then 2 toward Palm 2 and then full 5 for Palm 3, so there are errors, but I at least can see he earned 33 MB’s and has 2 palms.)

Hopefully the Scout Shop will be OK allowing me to purchase, since there isn’t a way to award him the Palms in the system anymore.

Thanks for the quick response!

Palms are not restricted items. You should be fine to buy them.

I stand corrected - the palms are just out of order on the report. Palm 2 is showing 5 correctly.
