Welcome! This forum has a treasure trove of great info – Scouters helping Scouters! Just a heads up, though - all content, information, and opinions shared on this forum are those of the author, not the BSA.
I recently used the a Scout Individual Advancement Record to determine any Eagle Palms before his Eagle Scoutmaster Conference and Board of Review.
I found the current Scout Individual Advancement Record not a clear and easily to read as the Scout Book. The old version was less wordily and more legible in regards to Senior Ranks especially Merit Badge Completions.
Maybe there is a truncated version of report that could be selected.
If you are just trying to determine if a Scout is eligible for a palm, the easiest way is to go to the Scout’s page in Scoutbook Plus, and look at the Merit Badge section. It lists the number of MBs approved and the number started but not complete (pending). Subtract 21 from the Approved and divide by 5. That will tell you the number of Palms the Scout has earned. Select Approved under Awards to see how many palms the Scout already has recorded.
