Scout earned 10 palms at Eagle BOR. Not shown properly in Scoutbook

@GaryKrippendorf if you post no info - there is no way to help - post the Scouts BSA # (no name) and we can look - it might be the unit did not record them?

yeah something is off - let me turn this in
Advancement report was prepared by the Eagle BOR leader. Scoutbook shows palms 1 and 7 in the Advancement report. At one point top page of Scout book showed he has 17 palms. Later showed 10, but not the proper mix of Bronze, Gold and Silver, Than showed 8 yesterday.
I am trying to get Scoutbook fixed as the scout has earned eleventh palm.
Let Devs look at it - I think it got scrambled on council side - just hold off palms can be earned at any time now
He has earned enough MBs for palms 11 and 12. Very wierd that Scoutbook shows he earned #1 and #7, but not 2 - 6
Well I am guessing unit does not enter them - council somehow entered Palms in the teens - if unit uses SB maybe not trust council anymore

Hi Donovan,
The council prepared the Eagle Rank and the 10 palms advancement report, and signed it the evening of the Eagle BOR.
David You (council advancement committee) is the name shown in Scoutbook for the rank and palms 1 and 7.
So the question is how does Scoutbook show Palms 1 and 7 earned, with 2 through 6 not earned?
Very strange.
