Scoutbook email not Synced with IA email?

Hello. Both my sons have a “no email available” notation in their scoutbook profiles even though the “opt out” toggle is not selected. It indicates to update their emails in IA, but the correct emails are in their IA profile, so there is nothing to update per se. Is there anything I am missing?
