Has anybody else had issues where they enter a event into scout book have a set date/ time say July 1st 2023 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m… then after a few days it randomly changes the time to 10:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m… I’ve had several events where I’ve checked it and I’ve had other people check it verify the correct date and time. and then randomly a few days later the date or the specifically the time for the event changes.
@ryanhildebrandt - all of our events have the time that was set months ago. Is the time zone for your unit set correctly in edit unit ?
What time zone are you in? Is it possible someone editing it was in a different time zone at the time?
Central time zone. Only me and my wife have edit rights to scoutbook. I had her verify it before I submitted. It does everytime about a week out from the event.
@ryanhildebrandt - I have looked at every event from all of my units and not a single instance of your issue. And this is when looking at the events in scoutbook.scouting.org and not based on a different calendar that is subscribed to the ics URL
@ryanhildebrandt there are at least 4-5 Pack Admins in your unit, and many Den Admins they can all deal with the calendar
