Scoutbook event emails not being received

Any idea why some email accounts, especially those with outlook.com have stopped receiving Scoutbook event emails? Has happened over the past month or so.

There has been a blacklisting issue that impacted some email service providers in the past. How sure are you that it’s not just getting caught in users’ junk mail filters?

The other item that can limit emails is if you have RSVP turned on - it RSVP is on there is a toggle for, under event reminder if you have “Send only to RSVP “Yes”” set - then only those RSVPed Yes get email

Did you double check if their name says “no emails” beside it in the send messages screen?
