Our advancement chair is not receiving scoutbook emails anymore

Not from event reminders and not from Send Messages. She has checked her spam folder and filters. Could Charter.net suddenly be filtering before she would ever see it?

In principle, it could be. Have you checked to see if the No Emails flag is set for her account?

Scoutbook is not on any known blacklists and her e-mail is not opted out.
