Scout not receving email on Scoutbook

I have a Scout who was previously receiving Scoutbook emails, and now for some unknown reason her account is flagged as “no emails.” I have asked her parent to go in and change this, and the parent is unable to do so.
I also have Scouts and parents who receive emails through Scoutbook, but are unable to RSVP for events. When they hover over their image to RSVP, no options appear.
Anyone have any ideas? Thank you.

@HannahArd - the scout would need to log in and change the email flag slider.
