A scout moved from another Council to our Council and registered with our Troop. He shows up in our Troop records under the ID created when he moved to our Council with no rank or MB information. I reached out to the Scoutmaster at his previous Troop and was told that they did use Scoutbook so he should have some records.
Is there a way to find his old account and merge it with his new one?
His BSA number is 141643398. His mother’s IDs: 141643409 and 141643409. We are council 304 and he came to us from 303. I do not have any information on this previous number.
@BridgetReeves I have done a lot of searching, but I was unable to find any other Scoutbook accounts for this Scout. What you could try is looking at different version years for ranks and merit badges and see if you see anything there.
Thank you for your assistance with this. I was told that his old unit used Scoutbook but I’m guessing he wasn’t there long enough for anyone to get his stuff entered.
