Merging scoutbook accounts for scout who transferred councils

We recently moved, so my son, (removed by Moderator), needed to transfer to a new troop in a different council. He now shows up twice in scoutbook; once with his old BSA #137111658 and once with his new BSA #140356685. His old one shows his rank and progress, but his new one doesn’t have any of that information. Is there a way to merge the two accounts so that his new one shows his correct rank and progress?

@JoshuaWeidman It looks like he has 4 different BSA member numbers?

@JenniferOlinger That is very possible. Only two show up for him through my account, but we are a military family and have been in numerous different councils. (removed by Moderator) started as a tiger in Southeast Louisiana Council, he was in NCAC for wolf through webelos, Buckskin Council for AOL through Star rank, and now he just transferred back to NCAC.

@JoshuaWeidman I added his other BSA member numbers under Manage Member ID for you.

Please keep 140356685 set as “primary”.

I have merged his Scoutbook accounts.
