ScoutBook Leader/Parent merge needed

Scoutbook Using Scoutbook & Scoutbook Plus

I have a parent/den leader that has two profiles that need to be merged in ScoutBook. They have the same email address. He is also showing up twice as a parent in his two children’s connections in SB. Both share the email address - danielbrigance@gmail.com

Leader BSA# 137128080 SB# 2505241
Parent BSA# 137141615 SB# 9313375

Please point me in the right direction. Thanks

@JamesJackson3 This is fixed. He needs to log in with his my.scouting username and password – not his e-mail.
