We have a leader that has a duplicate Scoutbook profile as the parent for his Scout. When we called our Council office, we were told the two BSA IDs were already merged, but when he logs into Scoutbook, it still only shows him the parent dashboard and not the leader dashboard.

Any recommendations on how to rectify this?
Has he lived in multiple states? I see the same full name and DOB in TX, PA, and OK.
He has. He was a professional scouter in other states as well. Currently with our Pack, 3226, in OK.
His Scoutbook accounts have been merged.
