Scoutbook not sending emails

I am having the same issue, email will not send. Sever ID is AWSWEBSCTBK1A

@RobertJarvis, someone else using …BK1A said in the other thread that they were able to get things to send if they used an incognito window. Have you tried that, yet?

I am having issues as well. Not resolved for me.

UPDATE - I tried opening an incognito window and it worked!

I send out an email via Scoutbook and it appears to get hung up. Symbol cycles. Stay there. Is there away we can cancel emails or refresh my account.

You tried an incognito window?

I did and it WORKED! What does that mean? I need to go incognito when sending emails?

@JefferyDadd - most often it indicates that something on your local browser is mucking things up.

It seems as though the issue is with some unrelated plug-in. Do what you need to do, but if you haven’t tried it with an incognito window, you may not have to abandon it.
