My scout has completed Bobcat and it has been awarded, but in Scoutbook Plus, the Profile view is showing “Not Started”, despite showing “Awarded” when I click on Bobcat (Wolf). This issue is common across all the scouts in my Den.
This is a known issue. The developers are aware and working on a fix.

I’ve had a similar issue with my Webelos den - completed required adventures still show up as “not started” on the scouts’ profiles, but when you click on the adventure itself it shows as approved. The elective adventures seem to do ok
As @edavignon noted, this is already a known issue being worked by the development team.
The fix will be announced in the Scoutbook/Scoutbook Plus Change Logs when it is released. (https://discussions.scouting.org/c/scoutbook/scoutbook-change-log/16) There’s no need to keep this or any other threads active, as the SUAC can not track all of the parallel threads that exist on any given issue.
