Scoutbook Out Going Emails

When emailing a scout and their parents, or selecting all scouts you have to uncheck the BCC box. This way all scouts and adults emails are seen in the email chain. For some reason this has stopped working for us. Several scouts have tried emailing an adult and has selected another adult in the email. They are also unchecking the BCC box. Unfortunately, all emails anyone receive only has the person that has sent the email. Has anyone else experienced this and is there a way to fix it? Two deep adult leadership is not being followed by this error.
