Scoutbook password resent failing to send email

After several attempts both through the mobile app and through the desktop website, I cannot reset my password for Scoutbook because I can’t get it to send me an email with the new password! It tells me “email sent” multiple times, I’ve double-checked the spelling of my email address, and nothing. Please help!

Did you check your junk/spam folder?

Yes. I checked spam/junk, promotions, social, and my primary inbox. I searched for any emails from Scoutbook. I have tried multiple times over the past few months with no improvement.

Send an email to scoutbook.support@scouting.org with all of your info.
