Cannot reset scouts password due to wrong email

I am a parent of a scout. They are correctly associated with my scoutbook account, however somehow the email address of the scout is incorrect so they cannot log into scoutbook. I have tried resetting the password which evidently sends a confirmation to the registered email address, which is wrong so he can’t update or change it. There is no way in my parental controls to change the email associated with my scouts account. What should I do?
