@JigneshShah1- it is the permission manager in advancements.scouting.org and the unit key 3 have access to it. I will however state that the calendar permission and scouts entering activity logs are two different things. ALL scouts can enter activity log entries for themselves.
Hi Donovan, thank you for the reply. Molly, our scoutmaster has stated that she set permissions for me to do all activity log activities. I am able to create and edit activities right now without issue. What permission have we not set properly?

I am similarly having the “no data” under activity log participants for my Troop. I fill the “activity log” role for both my local Girls and Boys Troop. The permissions are working for Boys but not Girls. For the Girls I have the following permissions: Committee Member, Calendar Editor, Calendar Editor by Subunit, Advancement Awarder, Advancement Approver, Advancement Editor, Troop Admin. @Stephen_Hornak @DonovanMcNeil I verified 2 nights ago with our scoutmaster. She logged in, and she added the activity permission “createe/remove/edit/approve” to my position. Unfortunately, its now been a day and a half, and I still see “no data” when I try to add people.
@PatrickWebb1- i trust that she clicked apply after adding that set of permissions
@PatrickWebb1 have you tried a hard Refesh of the page (Shift + RefreshPage)?

finally! that did the trick. So weird that you have to do that, I had logged out and logged in and that didnt fix it. Thank you for the help!
So, as Unit Advancement Chair, I do not have any Default Permissions and I need to be added to the Activity, Advancement, etc. permission groups?
